Will also easily crimp end caps of gutters. With the Malco Adjustable Snap Lock Punch there is no need for extra hardware. Punches raise a louvered shaped projection on metal edge for locking into rolled edge of sheet or piece to be joined. Metal pieces snap together and are fastened securely. Compound Handle Leverage for maximum ease of operation. Punch impression spaced from 1/4" to 5/8" from edge of metal. The Malco Snap Lock Punch features a heavy forged cutting jaw, rust resistant nickel plate and black oxide finishes. For comfort this tool has vinyl grips with hand stops.

Ty6 Malco Tensioning Tool For continuous use on-the-job. The TY6 Tensioning Tool is designed for a the heavy user of nylon ties. An adjustment knob allows installer to set desired tension for securing flex duct to a take-off collar. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Adjust knob only with fingers. When the preset tension is achieved, a breakaway spring mechanism releases the tool's lower handle, causing the blade to engage and automatically flush cut off the excess tail of the nylon tie. No extra operation for manual trimming is required. Nylon tie installation is fast and easy with the TY6. Works on all 175 pound tensile strength ties.
